How to close my MEX Digital account?

We don’t want to lose any of our customers, so please contact us directly if you would like to discuss your issues before closing your account, all requests will be dealt with directly by our senior management – log a case here and select “Complaints”. 

To close your account, please submit a support case on our website via the ‘Contact Us’ form and select “Other”.  On the description field, please provide a reason or explanation to supplement your request. Please note we may retain your information as required by law for 7 years.
