How to buy Crypto with Crypto?

Once your account is registered, you can start to deposit and trade Crypto.  To initiate a crypto deposit, please follow these steps:

1. Log into the MEX Digital platform by inserting your login credentials.  Click here to login
2. Go to “Wallet”, then select “Deposits”
3. Choose the relevant cryptocurrency you would like to deposit & click "Generate Deposit Address".
4. You will then be supplied with an option to use a QR Code or alternatively you can copy the receiving wallet address manually to make a direct deposit to your MEX Digital account.
5. After certain confirmations (depending on the asset or network you choose), your asset will be transferred to the receiving address & your MEX Digital balance will be adjusted accordingly.

Please ensure you transfer each Crypto to its corresponding wallet (e.g.: BTC to a BTC wallet address) since incorrect transfers (e.g.: BTC to ETH wallet address) cannot be reversed or recovered.

If you have issues, check the transaction status on the relevant block explorer platforms by using the transaction hash.  Alternatively, please reach out via Contact Us page & provide: 
1.    Coin Name 
2.    Transaction ID (if you have it) 
3.    Transaction Address
Attach a print screen of the deposit issue being experienced. (if applicable)
