How to Deposit Fiat?

Cash (Fiat) can be deposited via the following methods:

• Bank Transfer
• Credit Card

To deposit Fiat, your account needs to go through KYC & must be verified.

Steps to deposit Fiat via Bank Transfer:

• Log into the MEX Digital platform by inserting your login credentials.
• In the platform, go to “Wallet”, then select “Deposits”.
• Choose the relevant cash (Fiat) currency to deposit.
• Select Bank Transfer method & choose the corresponding bank account. Banking details will be supplied to which you will make a direct deposit from your external bank account. 
• After completing the bank transfer, enter the amount transferred, bank transaction ID, & any additional comments relevant to your deposit for reference.
• As soon as the funds clear in MEX Digital bank account, your Fiat currency wallet balance will be updated with the amount transferred.

Steps to deposit Fiat via Credit/Debit Card:

• In the platform, go to “Wallet”, then select “Deposits”.
• Choose the relevant cash (Fiat) currency to deposit.
• Select Credit or Debit Card deposit method & input desired amount and click "Go To Payment".
• You will be redirected to our third-party payment processing services to provide the required card details to complete the transaction.
• As soon as card deposit transaction is successful, your Fiat currency wallet balance will be updated with the amount transferred.
