Deposits should meet the following requirements:

2. MEX Digital supported blockchain network
3. Sufficient confirmations on the blockchain
You can either go directly to the corresponding blockchain to check the transfer status using the TxID or contact customer support.
If the transaction id shows up on the blockchain and the cryptocurrency does not reflect in the receiving wallet, please raise a ticket and provide the transaction ID and a screenshot showing the receiving transaction details and transaction ID.
