How long does it take to process a Fiat withdrawal?

Bank Transfer

A bank transfer can take 1-5 business days to be processed, depending on the bank and country you're receiving the money to. It's also worth noting that transfers made on a weekend, a public/bank holiday, or after the currency cut-off time will be processed the following business day.

There are instance with Beneficiary or Correspondent banks holding up large amounts made to a new payee address for security processes. They might require further information from the sender or recipient and is usually hold-off less than 24 hours. All withdrawals are reviewed & processed once request are received.   You will get an automatic email from us once those funds are taken out from your account. 

Credit Cards

Funds should be received in the respective credit/debit cards and/or bank account associated with the relevant card according to each bank's processing time.  Usually it takes within 1-5 business days for funds to reflect.

Please note, regardless of which processing method, there may be unforeseen circumstances whereby withdrawal times may be longer than normal.
