Order Exceptions

Occasionally you may encounter problems with your orders when trading on MEX Digital. 

1.    If an order you placed has not been filled
•    Check the order to ensure the price of the order has matched the bid/ask price & volume.
•    If the price and volume have not been matched or would like to expedite your order, you can either cancel the order and submit a new order with a more competitive price or alternatively leave the order open and wait for the bid/ask price & volume to be reached. For a quick settlement, you may also consider using a market order.
