How to check account verification status?

As MEX Digital is a regulated entity, all clients are required to complete a KYC check to permit withdrawal or gain access to Fiat on our platform.

Your verification status can be viewed by logging onto the MEX Digital platform and selecting the Identity Verification page.  Once required documents are submitted through the Identity Verification Page, you will receive one of the following verification statuses.

Unverified
You have registered an account but have not been KYC verified. You can deposit & trade Crypto only.  Proceed with KYC to elevate access.

Pending Verification
You completed KYC but the result is pending for compliance review & approval.  However, your account can still deposit & trade Crypto only.

Document Verified
Only your identity document has been verified.  Your account can deposit & trade both Fiat & Crypto, however, can only withdraw in Crypto.  To access Fiat withdrawal, please submit a valid proof of address document through the platform via the Identity Verification page.

Document and Residency Verified
Your account is fully verified which allows to deposit, trade, & withdraw both Crypto & Fiat.

Document and Residency Failed
The submitted identity documents are insufficient due to numerous possible reasons (such as legibility, etc.).  Please submit an alternate identity & proof of address document to customer support.  However, your account can still deposit & trade Crypto only.

Residency Pending
The submitted proof of address document is pending manual compliance verification review.  Your account can still deposit & trade both Fiat & Crypto, however, can only withdraw in Crypto.

Residency Failed
The manual address verification failed.  Please submit a new valid proof of address document through the platform via the Identity Verification page.  Your account can still deposit & trade both Fiat & Crypto, however, can only withdraw in Crypto.
