Why has my FIAT withdrawal not arrived?

If your withdrawal transaction from MEX Digital did not arrive within the expected time frame, please consider below steps:

  1. Check the withdrawal status.  If still pending, that means your request is still in the queue for processing.
  2. Check that all the banking information on your MEX Digital account is correct.
  3. Check if there are any banking holidays.
  4. If the above steps don’t help, please contact Support via the Contact Us form. 

Fiat withdrawals are generally processed within hours of receipt during Australian business hours Monday to Friday.  Any withdrawals submitted outside those hours will be processed in the following business days. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 24 hours for a withdrawal to be reviewed and processed on our end. Once completed, depending on the requested method of payment, the bank or payment provider will finalise the process for the funds to reflect in your designated account.

We reserve the right to send the withdrawal amount to the original payment method/s used to deposit funds into your MEX Digital account. If the amount you are requesting to withdraw exceeds the amount deposited with a single credit/debit card, we will send the balance to another method of payment or via bank transfer.
