How long will my Fiat deposit take to reflect in my account?

If your deposit transaction to MEX Digital did not arrive within the expected time frame, please consider below steps:

  1. Check the status in Deposit History. If still pending, that means the deposit hasn't yet reached our bank or is unable to be allocated due to a lack of reference (without a clear reference, some deposits cannot be instantly assigned to your account).
  2. Check your transfer receipt to make sure you entered our correct bank details.
  3. Check for any banking holidays, as they can cause a slight delay.
  4. For Credit/Debit card deposits, verify if the transaction has been reflected in your card balance.
  5. If the above steps don’t help, please contact Support via the ‘Contact Us’ form & provide the proof document.

Please note that credit/debit cards are instantly credited once we receive the deposit. Bank transfers usually take 1-5 business days depending on the region/country and the respective bank’s processing time. You may contact us again if your funds don’t arrive within 5 business days after you make the bank transfer.
